Speaking of DnrTV, you really have to watch the show where Scott Hanselman shows off how to use various tools from SysInternals.
These tools could seriously save you hours of work, sweat, tears, blood and ink, and they are totally free (hopefully it will stay that way now that Microsoft has bought them)
Download it, show it to all new devs at your company, and keep a record for the future.
If you want even more, you can get the free video from the Sysinternals guys themselves which you can download here. You can also buy a set of 6 DVDs with much more detailed info on that page, but the first one if free and is good.
