Miguel started using a naming best practice I suggested in my Test Driven Development Session - give your unit tests a name that divides into 3 parts: MethodName_StateUnderTest_ExpectedBehavior()
Red Dog liked the extensibility and notification mechanisms in Team System that I showed (I used them to create a Continuous integration solution with TFS)
