This month's meeting will be dedicated to "The Planning Game", held by Amir Kolsky.
In the first part Amir will talk about:
"The planning game" - How to plan releases and iterations in extreme programming.
The division of responsibility and the roles played by the participants in the game.
We will address the following issues:
1. Responsibilities and consequences
2. Release stories, iteration stories and tasks
3. How to estimate release and iteration stories
4. Tracking mechanisms.
The second part of the meeting we will attempt to play the game with the attendees
