Looks like you can get on the MVP program by drawing a nice icon these days.
Seriously, this guy just got his MS Paint MVP award, and has been a big help in the MSPaint newsgroups which is what the MVP program is all about - helping the community not matter what tool they use (even though it sounds funny to say that about MS Paint)
