[Book] Coder To Developer

I got the chance to review some of the chapters from Mike Gunderloy's upcoming book , about to hit the stores anytime now:  Coder To Developer .
It looks to be a great book for those of us who want to take the leap from being a regular coder on some team, and into the world of the “bigger view” people. It teaches some good techniques about various good stuff, including test driven development, using source control correctly, approaches to program design and implementation and lots of other good stuff.
Recommended for developers with 0.5 - 2.5 years experience, especially in .Net.
