Service-Oriented Architecture and Programming

Just finished watching these two MSDN TV shows:

SOAP: Service-Oriented Architecture and Programming, Pt. 1

SOAP: Service-Oriented Architecture and Programming, Pt. 2

which are just the same lecture by Don box split in two.

First, Don is a hell of a lecturer. Second, It's a very good lecture about what/where/when/why abstractions and services and OOP and all that stuff came to be. Even though I'm not into all that SOAP stuff, I actually got a lot out of it, and feel like I understand a little bit more about the problems and challenges that face us as developers and the people who are behind SOAP. Excellent! Thanks Chris .
